● 產(chǎn)品包裝：

注：以50μl PCR反應體系為例，每次使用25μl 2×MasterMix，500μl可做20次 50μl PCR反應。

● 儲存條件: -20℃可長期保存；4℃穩(wěn)定貯存3個月。經(jīng)常使用時，一旦融化后請4℃貯存，盡量避免反復凍融。

● 產(chǎn)品簡介：

本產(chǎn)品包含Taq DNA聚合酶、dNTPs、MgCl₂、反應緩沖液、PCR反應的增強劑和優(yōu)化劑以及穩(wěn)定劑，濃度為2×。使用時，只需補加實驗所需的引物和模板后即可進行PCR反應，可最大限度的減少人為誤差，具有快速簡便、穩(wěn)定性好等優(yōu)點。適用于常規(guī)PCR反應、復雜模板（如GC含量高，有二級結構）的擴增以及大規(guī)?；驒z測。使用該產(chǎn)品得到的PCR擴增產(chǎn)物末端含有一個A堿基，可以直接用于TA克隆。

● 質量控制：

經(jīng)檢測無外源核酸酶活性；PCR方法檢測無宿主殘余基因組DNA；能有效地擴增人基因組中的單拷貝基因。

●  使用說明：

1. 冰浴中徹底融化2×MasterMix，混勻后Minispin將溶液收集到管底。

2. 按照下表在0.2ml PCR管中制備反應體系：

3. 快甩離心將反應液收集到管底。

4. PCR儀如果沒有熱蓋加熱的話，補加25μl礦物油。

5. PCR儀上執(zhí)行以下程序：

*注： PCR 反應條件視模板、引物等的結構條件不同而各異。在實際操作中需根據(jù)模板、目的片段的大小、堿基序列和引物的長短等具體情況，設定最佳的反應條件（溫度、時間等）。
