說明：
草銨膦又稱草丁膦，商品名為保試達(dá)(basta)、百速頓，化學(xué)名為4-[羥基(甲基)膦酰基]-DL-高丙氨酸或2-氨基-4-[羥基(甲基)膦?；鵠丁酸銨(2-amino-4-(hydroxymethylphosphinyl)butyric acid ammonium salt)，草銨膦為白色結(jié)晶，有輕微氣味。熔點(diǎn)為210°C，760 mmHg下沸點(diǎn)為519.1°C。易溶于水，22℃時(shí)在水中溶解度為1370 g/L，在常見的有機(jī)溶劑中溶解度較低。
As an analogue of glutamine and acts as a competitive inhibitor of glutamine synthetase. Soluble in water. It is an herbicide commonly used in plant molecular biology and plant tissue culture. It is the ammonium salt of glufosinate. It is also known as Glufosinate or Glufosinate ammonium.
篩選濃度建議：
If
you are selecting seedlings in soil, the concentration of PPT is 120mg/L, but
if you select your seedlings in plates, the concentration should be 10mg/L.
● 母液配制方法：
10 mg/ml （50 mM）草銨膦溶液：
取100mg草銨膦粉末，加入10 ml蒸餾水徹底溶解，0.22μm 抽濾除菌，-20℃貯存。
● 篩選bar基因草銨膦終濃度：
有文獻(xiàn)報(bào)道，以擬南芥為材料，土壤中幼苗篩選草銨膦終濃度為120 mg/L；培養(yǎng)基中篩選草銨膦終濃度為10 mg/L。
